1. Scope of Practice & Acceptance

By accessing estateconsultants.net or engaging Estate Consultants ("the Firm") for property acquisition, disposal, due diligence, or asset valuation services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. Estate Consultants is an independent real estate advisory firm established in 1999 in Karachi, Pakistan.

2. Nature of Listings and Due Diligence

All properties displayed on our platform represent verified portfolios audited through direct authority checks, No-Demand Certificates (NDCs), and official transfer records. However, real estate values, availability status, and cantonment tax assessments remain dynamic and subject to formal contract execution. Published information does not constitute a binding unilateral offer until formalized via written bilateral agreement.

3. Private Consultation & Representation Mandates

Submitting a private consultation request or viewing booking establishes an exploratory advisory relationship. Direct transaction representation, Power of Attorney verification for overseas Pakistanis, and escrow arrangements are formalized under bilateral written agreements complying with Pakistani contract and property laws.

4. Intellectual Property

All architectural imagery, custom written sector guides, market intelligence reports, brand marks, and software layouts on estateconsultants.net are the proprietary intellectual property of Estate Consultants. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

While the Firm conducts thorough scrutiny of all allotment records and title chains, final property transactions are governed by the statutory bylaws of the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Karachi, Cantonment Board Clifton (CBC), or the Sindh Revenue Board. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
